The patient only needs to book. The AI receptionist captures the details, confirms the appointment, and keeps the clinic workflow updated.
Patient books
Through the form, chat, or phone. The system captures name, treatment, phone number, preferred time, and notes.
System confirms & notifies
The patient sees confirmation immediately, the clinic is notified, and the booking is pushed through the automation.
Nothing gets lost
The appointment is stored, shown in the proof section, and placed into the shared calendar for a clean owner demo.
